How can I register on Games Unlimited?
Games Unlimited can be registered via our website by entering the A1 mobile phone number.

How many games are included?
Games Unlimited includes more than 2.000 games that can be played via Android App or web access.

How can I play?
For web access, the service can be accessed at https://entertainment-world.at.

After successful registration, a one-time code is required for web access. This code is sent to the customer by SMS during the login to the stored phone number.

For Android devices, the Games Unlimited app can be downloaded under the following link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=at.a1.android.gamesunlimited. Here you can register by entering your phone number and a one-time code via SMS.

How many players can play Games Unlimited?
Up to 5 players can use Games Unlimited at the same time per registration.

Terms of contract
The prerequisite for the use of the additional package Games Unlimited is the active subscription to a mobile phone contract of A1 Telekom Austria AG of the A1 brand (available at https://www.a1.net/handys-tarife/handytarife; this therefore does not include tariffs of the brands, Yesss, Bob, Red Bull Mobile etc).

This service can only be paid for via the A1 bill.

How can I cancel?
Games Unlimited can be terminated by the user, e.g. in the customer area, subject to a one-month notice period on the (recurring) key date of registration.

If the mobile phone contract with A1 is terminated, this automatically leads to the termination of the additional order of A1 Games Unlimited at the next possible termination date.

Technical requirements
Games Unlimited can be used both via the browser and the Android app.

Web:
To use Games Unlimited via the browser, you should use the latest version of your browser if possible in order to be able to use our website to the full extent. If you have an outdated browser version or an older operating system, you may experience functional restrictions.

App:
For use on a smartphone/tablet, Android version 5.1 (API version 22) or higher with access to the Google Play Store is required.

How do I download games to my device
After purchasing/logging in to Games Unlimited, simply select a game and click on Play. A game can also be downloaded directly from the game list by clicking the Play button next to the game. It is also possible to download the game on the game details page.

What is Gymondo?

Can I do exercise while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Nothing easier than that! Book the Gymondo Fitness Special on this page. Afterwards, you will be redirected to Gymondo, or you can click on the registration link in the SMS, where you can register and create your personal profile. After that, you can start right away.

How can I cancel my membership?
You can easily cancel your Gymondo membership at any time:
1. Via Gymondo App and web: log-in in Gymondo App or Web -> Account - > Your Subscription
2. Via Entertainment World: log-in to your account in this product -> My profile -> My Account -> Manage My Subscription

We recommend to use a PC that is not older than 4 years. However, an older model does not fundamentally rule out the use of Gymondo. In order to enable smooth playback of the videos, a stable internet connection with at least 6 Mbps should be available. Don't forget: Gymondo only runs when you are connected to the internet. Videos are offered in three quality levels (HD, 480p, 360p) so you can watch them without interruption even with a slower connection.

Gibt es einen Testzeitraum?
Ja! Nach erstmaliger Anmeldung kann Babbel 1 Woche lang gratis ausprobiert werden. Erst ab dem 4. Kalendertag beginnt die Verrechnung des ABOs und wird danach monatlich verrechnet und auch alle 6 Monate die Bindung verlängert. Wird rechtzeitig innerhalb des Testzeitraums gekündigt, kommt es zu keiner Verrechnung.

Wie werde ich Mitglied?
Nichts leichter als das. Bestellen Sie sich Babbel über entertainment-world.at, anschließend werden Sie online zu babbel.de weitergeleitet, wo Sie Ihre Lernsprache auswählen und sich registrieren. Danach können Sie direkt loslegen. Zusätzlich bekommen Sie einen Registrierungs-Link per SMS, falls Sie die Babbel Registrierung zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt erledigen wollen.

Warum muss ich mich nach dem Kauf bei Babbel separat registrieren?
Datenschutz ist uns sehr wichtig. A1 besitzt und benötigt keine Daten darüber, welche Sprachen Sie lernen, oder über Ihre Lernerfolge. Die zusätzliche Registrierung stellt sicher, dass Ihre Lernerfolge nur dort gespeichert sind, wo sie auch benötigt werden.

Ich habe schon ein Konto bei Babbel, kann ich das weiterhin nutzen?
Es ist nicht möglich ein bestehendes Konto und deren Lernfortschritte in unser Abo-Modell zu übernehmen. Lösung: Einfach ein 2. Konto mit einer anderen E-Mail Adresse anlegen, oder davor das alte Konto bei Babbel löschen und mit derselben E-Mail neu registrieren.

Kann ich mehrere Sprachen gleichzeitig lernen?
Ja, aber das ist nicht selbstverständlich und ein spezielles Feature unseres Abo-Modells.

Welche Voraussetzungen benötige ich um das Abo abzuschließen?
Voraussetzung für die Nutzung von Babbel ist ein bestehender Sprachtarif von A1, B.free, bob oder Red Bull Mobile (ausgenommen sind Business Gruppentarife und Kids-Tarife von A1)

Dieser Service ist ausschließlich über die Rechnung der entsprechenden Mobilrufnummer bezahlbar.

Bei B.free und bob Wertkarte muss mindestens ein Guthaben von 14,99 Euro verfügbar sein, um das Babbel-Abo zu kaufen.

Besonderheiten bei den Wertkarten der Marke B.free und bob:
Die Abo Gebühr für Babbel kann nur dann erfolgreich abgebucht werden, wenn mindestens € 5,- Restguthaben auf der B.free / bob Wertkarte für die Nutzung von Telefonie, SMS und Daten nach der Abbuchung des Babbel Abos erhalten bleibt. Somit muss für die erfolgreiche Abbuchung mindestens € 14,99 Guthaben (monatliche Abo Gebühr von Babbel + € 5,-) vorhanden sein. Scheitert die Abbuchung von Babbel aufgrund von einem zu geringen Guthaben, so wird das Abo automatisch gekündigt.
